Parking out front is a gamble, with council limits and no options for overnight-better sort this out. My room featured a mattress dipped at an angle, a noisy shower, and lack of privacy due to sheer curtains that invited prying eyes. To top it off, I noticed a full pedal bin in the bathroom, off-putting.

Stunning location in the middle of the city made it easy to get to key attractions. I was upgraded to a neat double room.

I was there for 1 night and will be back. Beautiful location in the middle of the city, welcoming staff, everything was fine. I liked the room, it was adequate and spotless and had an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV. Location: the hotel was near to the sea front and the restaurant.

Great location near the city, with peaceful surroundings. Spotless room and amazing staff. Fantastic breakfast with free-range eggs and plenty of avocado on granary toast. Owners went above and beyond, offering to drive us to the concert. Will definitely return in the future.

Recently stayed for 3 nights at this lovely hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the city but peaceful. The staff were amazing, friendly and polite. The breakfast was amazing, with free-range poached eggs and plenty of smashed avocado on delicious granary bread. The courtyard area was a nice spot to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. Definitely recommend this hotel.
